IT Recruiters invites applications for the Interview and tests the basics like
written or oral or computer based tests, most probably writter tests were
conducted.
Interviewing :
All the candidates who scores well in Apptitude tests and basic computer tests will
be called for interviews.The IT recruiter will get achance of talking with each
candidate in depth about his work experience and his qualifications.IT Recruiters
also observe that how the applicant interact with other persons on the job, how

Hiring the candidate :
The final Step is to hire the right candidate. After considering all the aspects,
IT Recruiters will make a decision to hire the candidate based on the data
provided.After making the final decision they will contact the person,If the
candidate accepts the job, then the IT Recruiters will proceed to take the candidate
and complete all joining formalities.
